At AIDS Foundation Chicago, we know that housing is health care, and we believe every person has the right to a safe and stable home. As our client DeMarsh recently said, "Stable housing is everything. You can’t stay healthy if you don’t know where you’re going to sleep.”
Grounded in Housing First and Harm Reduction approaches, we connect people to the resources they need to have a stable home. In 2023 alone, AFC provided more than 8,000 people with case management and housing.
