At AIDS Foundation Chicago, we know that housing is health care, and we believe every person has the right to a safe and stable home. As our client David recently said, “It’s great to have someone say, ‘You don’t have to go through this alone.’ I felt like I had a champion in my corner. It’s been a blessing.”
Grounded in Housing First and Harm Reduction approaches, we connect people to the resources they need to have a stable home. In 2024 alone, AFC provided more than 8,000 people with case management and housing.
